If I crochet really fast....

If I crochet really fast does it count as exercise?

I had a White Chocolate Mocha, with an extra shot of espresso late in the day and I couldn't sleep. So I made this Granny square blanket in one night. I am a bit of a Mocha fan. Read about here.

This brought to you by the letter "J"

I think it totally counts as exercise.

According to "caloriesperhour.com" you burn 100 calories per hour knitting! (I'm assuming that's the same if you're crocheting....).

p.s. I had to do a double take, Eliana looks so much like Elexia!

Jacqueline, I am new to your blog, I found you through Blogfrog.

I have really loved looking at all the crafty items you have produced so lovingly.
Last year, I knitted a couple of items for my little granddaughters, but I think after looking at your crocheting, you have stirred me up to look for my crochet needles.
Love your blanket – it looks nice and warm.

God Bless,
Carole
